Otoka is a fussy and outspoken person.
Background
In Minaho's sub-group, she is second-in-command. She is is capable but inexperienced. While Mizune outranks her, she essentially fits a similar role as Minaho serves for Seto, she is her subordinate but it would be hard to work without her.
In the fifth season of Tenchi Muyo! Ryo-Ohki, she is working as an assistant to Ringo Tatsuki.
She is the only one in their group with a boyfriend.
