Kamikura

In OVA 3, Kamikura (かみくら) was one of Tenchi's schoolmates from high school, along with Ikeda; along with Ikeda, he has, thus-far, only made an appearance in the first episode of 3rd OVA: Both teenage boys are depicted as having their heads in the proverbial gutter; when Tenchi crosses paths with them, they both grill him over proverbial hot coals about how he's now living in a house with a group of "hot foreign chicks"... and that he hadn't told them (or invited them, too)! Kamikura and Ikeda also, single-mindedly, doggedly keeps on about how Tenchi's surrounded by girls, and, here, Kamikura also expresses his jealousy over Tenchi's 'good fortune' (though, for someone who supposedly-known Tenchi for years, he doesn't seem to grasp that Tenchi doesn't see it the same way).

The whole mess was started when Amagasaki had visited Tenchi's house, saw the girls, and told Kamikura while in tears.
